Health and Wellness is an initiative that C.R.A.F.T. Club is dedicated to upholding. This initiative will serve as an opportunity to get involved physically with the betterment of YOUR body. Our health and wellness seminars and workshops are for YOU, those who wish to improve your quality of life through physical activity, proper nutrition and mental focus. The programs serve as a motivational guide to assist you, from novice to expert, on how to get in shape, stay in shape and mentally stay focused on achieving your health goals. The workshops cover subjects including but not limited to meditation, eating right, exercising, overcoming mental block, how to motivate oneself and avoiding excuses.
